We do have Per Ticket plans for Shared/Dedicated/VPS Servers. The pricing would be $3 per Ticket. This applies to new tickets only and we don’t charge for the replies made unless it’s another issue (not the one the ticket was originally created) or responded back after 72 hours. There will also be an administrative cost of $15/month for each server. Please be noted that we would be performing monthly security audits, along with applying any security updates if necessary, as part of this package.
